The intention of the kit is to provide arguments and methods for school parents and school music teachers to establish music programs in schools where there are none, and gain greater support for music programs in schools where they already exist. It is planned to back up the kits with face to face workshops so that people can rehearse their advocacy before going to the decision makers.
